Your Membership enables us to grow, update, maintain and deliver an exceptional service to our customers in a safe and controlled environment through username and password management.
Individual Subscribers
A username and password is set up when a Membership is purchased and an account opened. The username will be the Member's personal email address; the password is selected by the Member.
Site License
Members that register for a site license select a username and password when the license is purchased. This username and password is managed by the site license holder.

Individual Members can cancel within fourteen (14) days of registration for a full refund. Simply email your request to sales@3rplus.co.uk and we will issue a payment by cheque.
Site license Members may cancel at any time but there is a 15% cancelation fee and the refund is pro-rated to the term of the Membership. Simply email your request to sales@3rplus.co.uk .
